I'm a student... How can I join the club? Is it free?

You can become an official member by joining the organization on Western Involvement Network (WWU students and Alumni only).

Our club is completely free to join, as are the majority of events hosted by the club.

How many club members are there?

There are officially 190 members as of March 31, 2026 according to the Western Involvement Network. We have had over 300 individual students attend our club meetings and community events.

Is this club part of the Society for Ecological Restoration?

Yes, we are a student association in the Northwest Chapter of the SER. Club members get a free year-long membership, whicb gives access to many great features such as an online job board and quarterly newsletter. Go to: https://chapter.ser.org/northwest/membership/student-guilds/

I am a community member, how can I support the club

Thank you for your interest in supporting us! We gladly take support via donations of food or cash to support our ongoing stewardship work in Sehome Arboretum, along with our speaker events. You are also encouraged to share our club with any community organizations you may be a part of to further spread the word about the work the WWU students are doing! Please join us at our community work parties every Friday during the school year, as well as at our almost weekly events on our calendar. They are open to everyone.
